**Purpose of Role**

We are looking for a Warehouse Operative who will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our samples and returns depot. This will include overseeing all stock movements from this location, managing the endto-end process of returns, working with our 3PL, leading our 2 internal delivery teams and communicating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive incoming goods, accurately verifying quantities and inspecting for any damages or discrepancies.
- Safely and efficiently store received items in designated warehouse locations, adhering to inventory management procedures.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in fulfilment processes.
- Perform regular stock checks and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy, promptly addressing any discrepancies.
- Assist in loading and unloading lorries, utilising appropriate equipment and following safety protocols to prevent damage or injury.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse, including aisle clearance and proper storage of materials.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimise warehouse processes and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines, promoting a culture of safety awareness among colleagues.
- Travel when needed to assist with operations at additional warehouses, assist with setting up photoshoots, or support other company activities outside of the Warehouse.

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
