**Warehouse Logistics Coordinator**
**Overview of Role**
To perform all warehouse inventory and shipping functions, such as picking, kitting and shipping, to support sales of Capital Equipment, spares, supplies and accessories to EMEA. Responsible for processing replenishment receipts, verifying quantity and stocking by location using first in first out.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods in order to maintain customer service levels
- Accurate and efficient disposition of goods following receipt and acceptance
- Maintain inventory integrity related to customer responsiveness, including parts location, cycle count, shelf life, non-conforming materials and returns
- Identify areas or opportunity for improvement and work with the necessary groups to achieve this
- Improve quality of services and effective on-time delivery while seeking cost reductions
- Ensure all regulatory requirements are achieved and exceeded
- Receive replenishment parts, verify quantity and store using first in first out
- Allocate parts to sales orders and print packing slips.
- Pick, pack and audit aftermarket orders.
- Package and ship orders using appropriate packaging and shipping techniques.
- Process sales order through MFG PRO and shipping system.
- Process purchase orders from third party suppliers for UK market
- Create required paperwork for export shipments.
- Help monitor packing and shipping material.
- Process returns to Snoqualmie
- Safely operate warehouse equipment.
- Participate in verification and reconciliation of inventory on daily cycle count.
- Prepare and ship demo equipment sales orders and receive upon return.
- Maintain a clean, orderly and safe working environment.
- Performs other related duties within the department to meet ELC goals and customer expectations

- It is the responsibility of every Spacelabs Healthcare employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Previous experience within a similar warehouse environment
- Adaptable to various roles within the warehouse environment
- Ability to work within a small flexible team
- Organised with an attention to detail
- Experience using shipping systems and communicating with freight forwarders
- Computer literate
- Ability to use MFG Pro system for daily material handling requirements
- Ride on fork lift truck licence
