**Job summary**:

As a Team Leader, you will act as the technical “go-to” person in the team, working in collaboration with other Team Leaders and Higher Officers in the Personal Tax Section. You will be responsible for the day to day management of a team of customer facing colleagues, including managing your team’s performance and ensuring Tax knowledge is consistent within the team.

Identifying training gaps, and proposing remediation where necessary, you will play an instrumental role in Revenue Jersey’s future successes.
