Due to growth and exceptional service, Grace Care Services is looking to recruit kind caring and compassionate Carers in the **Ballymena; Antrim; Randalstown; Crumlin; Ballyclare; Newton Abbey; Moneymore; Cookstown & Coleraine** to help our service users to continue living within their home by providing the support and care needed. Full, Flexible & Part time hours. Plenty of hours on offer**.**
**Duties include, but are not limited to**:
- Maintaining cleanliness of the home
- Preparing Meals
- Companionship
- Occasional Social Outings and Shopping Trips
- Assistance with Medication
- Personal Care Assistance (Washing, Toileting, Dressing and grooming)
- Keep accurate daily records
- Contribute as part of the team towards the organisational goal of providing outstanding service which is safe, caring, compassionate, responsive.

- Strong oral communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak clearly
- Strong time management skills along with the ability to prioritize tasks and follow up on details
