Field Sales Representative

**About us**
We are an industrial supply company based within the West Midlands. We supply a wide variety of workshop tools and consumables and have been trading over 25 years. Our target market is a selection of Engineering, Maintenance, Rail, Plant Hire, Automotive and Commercial companies.
Your primary job role will be to open new accounts and promote our large range of industrial products. You will then visit them on a regular basis to discuss their product requirements and show them any new lines and promotions we have. Having the products with you enables the customers to see the products they are buying and be able to use them straight away (anything else can be delivered on your next visit or sent direct from head office).
You will receive a large, long wheelbase van with bespoke custom fitted shelving to promote our products professionally. We supply a large range of products such as PPE, Janitorial Supplies, Fasteners, Auto Electrical Products and Tools from the market leading manufacturers.

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be out on the road visiting customers daily, you will be able to supply products directly from your well stocked vehicle. You will manage your own diary, visiting the depot weekly for restocking and admin. You will be able to take your vehicle home at the end of the day, maximising your use of time.
We carry very high levels of stock and are competitively priced within the marketplace; this will enable you to sell with confidence and continually develop and grow your customer base.
We are currently seeking another experienced Field Sales Representative to join our growing and successful business. You need to be self-motivated with excellent communication skills and a likeable personality. Product knowledge is desirable, but training will be given.
You will be supported by the office-based team with pricing, stock availability and product knowledge, along with an extensive product catalogue and website to aid you. We will provide branded polo shirts, fleeces and outer coat, along with branded stationary to maintain our professional image.
A full clean UK driving license is essential. You must be able to provide off road parking for the long wheel base, high top van i.e. residential driveway.
The salary for this role is between £23,900 - £31,200 depending on skills and experience. In addition to this, commission is paid on sales exceeding achievable minimum target.
