I am currently looking for a Repairs Support Officer to work alongside a fantastic team. Your main role would be to assists the team carry out its main objective to deliver efficient repairs in a timely manner.

This is a permanent opportunity offering a mix of home and office working. The offices are based in Clapham with great transport links.

**Duties**
- **Provide KPI and performance reports as required by the Repairs Contract Manager (RCM) in a timely manner.**:

- This will involve drawing data from a number of online data system. Data will sometimes need to be put into different formats before sending to relevant parties. Other reports will be downloaded in a ready-to-send format but will need to be analysed bythe PSO to ensure the data is correct and accurate before publishing.
- **Administer and utilise a number of online data-management systems**:

- Query document repository systems, retrieving relevant documents as needed.
- Query two distinct Housing Management Systems to provide information on current and historical repair cases.
- Utilize our main Housing Management System to raise work orders on time-sensitive repairs.
- **Monitor, administer, populate and facilitate communication from our Complaints Tracker**:

- Process new complaints into the tracker, assigning relevant parties and surveyors.
- Carry out initial investigation into complaints, filling in missing information where possible.
- Attach updates to complaints where appropriate.
- Ensure that communication surrounding updates is received by the complaints team in good time.
- Carry out phone-inspections with customers after their complaints have been closed to confirm satisfaction with the result.
- **Populate, monitor and report on the Outstanding Decant Tracker**:

- When aware of new decants, populate them into the tracker.
- Assign relevant surveyors to specific decants.
- Attach updates and information to decant cases where provided.
- Summarise current decants during team meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a supportive role ideally within a Repairs team
- Excellent communicational skills
- Comfortable at dealing with complaints on a professional level.
- Confident at learning a variety of different systems
- Interact with a wide range of customers and technical issues.
- Experience with working on statistical information desired.
