Security Officer

SIA Licence required

**Duties**
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Conduct security checks and inspections of designated areas
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to identify and respond to potential security threats
- Respond to emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, and alarms, following established protocols
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and granting or denying entry as necessary
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities

**Experience**
- Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
- Familiarity with surveillance systems, CCTV, and other security equipment is a plus
- Understanding of loss prevention techniques and the ability to identify potential risks or vulnerabilities
