A leading international law firm in the City is seeking a Notary Executive Assistant to work within the Notary Team. The Notary Team is headed up by a Partner who is based in the Reading office. This role is London based but there will be travel to the otheroffices in Reading too. You will be be primarily based in the City office but will also travel to the West End and Canary Wharf offices too. You will have regular meetings with your team on a daily basis to update

You will also provide PA functions and general support to the Partner and Notary Public including booking training, booking travel, expenses as well as attending client lunches and attending on events and meetings.

Responsibilities will include supporting the marketing team with the development of notarial services provided by the Partner and Notary Public including drafting articles, updating the website and presenting new ideas.

You will have a Notary background and have an interest in developing your legal career further. Knowledge of European languages is also highly desirable. The role offers an immediate start for the right person.
