Our client is currently looking for a Medical Information Specialist to work in their global, market leading pharmaceutical organisation. This position is both remote and office based, this will be agreed with your line manager prior to starting the role.Your job is to ensure that this company provides high quality, compliant Medical Information services. If you are seeking a new challenge and have previous experience with Senior Medical Information provision, this could be for you.

**Ideal Requirements**:

- Educated to degree level in a science degree or equivalent
- ABPI Code experience and copy approval experience in line with the ABPI code of practice
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal communication skills/positive telephone manner
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritise workload
- Ability to critically appraise scientific/clinical data
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in senior medical information provision

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Be responsible for the Medical Information Services for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct quality assurance checks of medical information enquiries adverse event handling.
- Oversee audits of the responses that are provided, and feed back to the Head of Medical.
- Create SRDs and FAQs for complex Medical Information responses.
- Provide expertise, support, and insights to the Brand Team for promoted products.
- Responsible for the receipt and triaging of Adverse Events and Product Quality Complaints to the Pharmacovigilance team.
- Be part of regular technical reviews of materials to ensure all claims are substantiated.
