We are MOHIITO, a boutique fitness and reformer Pilates studio in Clifton, Bristol. Our mission is to bring extraordinary fitness and movement experiences to as many people as possible and to build a community that supports and motivates each other.

As the MOHIITO studio assistant, you are the first face many of our clients will see behind our desk, and the person behind the scenes making sure it all runs smoothly. In addition to helping with front desk, and the day-to-day operations and upkeep of the studio, your primary role is to connect with clients and make them feel welcome and be the friendly face they see before and after class

This position is part-time but requires flexible working hours depending on the studio’s needs, and shifts are usually evenings 5pm - 9pm and/or Saturdays 8.30am - 12.30pm on a rota basis.

**You are**:

- Positive, outgoing, and able to talk to anyone.
- Able to think on your feet and deal with whatever comes your way
- Passionate about fitness. You want to help people meet their wellness goals with thoughtful, thorough great client service
- Confident with tech, (we’ll train you on our client management software)
- Able to commit to the shifts you sign up for on a regular basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the front desk during our peak times, ensuring clients are checked in, and new clients are shown around the studio
- Assist with the opening and closing of the studio, tidying and maintaining the space for the shifts after you.
- Speaking with clients about various options for memberships, and working with the studio manager to resolve questions
- Ensure the studio remains immaculately clean and fully stocked

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- £11.50 per hour - approximately 8 hours per week
- 1 free studio class for every shift worked
- 30% off retail
- Flexible schedule

Your working pattern will vary depending on the needs of the business. You will be required to determine your working schedule and coordinate with the studio manager and instructors each week to ensure that there is full studio coverage and a point of contact throughout studio operating hours.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: £11.50 per hour
