Are you a Senior Sales Assistant or Supervisor looking for your next challenge? Do you have experience working within the luxury sector? As Supervisor at this New Bond Street, flagship store, you will be responsible for a busy department and therefore, we are looking for someone with experience looking after large head counts and used to working at a fast pace.

As Supervisor of this flagship store in London, you will demonstrate a true passion and respect for the customer, product and environment, acting as a brand ambassador. You will consistently supervise your team to meet the business objectives and deliver the company experience.

**Essential duties & responsibilities**
- Build a rapport with the customer, identify their needs to connect, convert and conclude the transaction, delivering the company experience
- To consistently achieve personal sales and KPI objectives
- To supervise the team to achieve their service, sales and KPI objectives
- Lead and promote teamwork through contribution to a team sales objective
- Exhibit pride through a positive demeanour, body language, personal presentation and dress standards in line with the company expectations
- Create and foster a database of customers through the company clientelling tool
- To respect and adhere to the company asset protection policies at all times
- Efficiently process till sales transactions, holds, gift card sales, special orders, exchanges, refunds, credit vouchers and alterations
- Deliver a fitting room's experience that is memorable whilst, following all policies and procedures for fitting room service
- Ensure ease of the customer shopping experience through product presentation and overall store maintenance
- Actively participate in all merchandising activities including but not limited to the daily stock maintenance, replenishment, product transfers, folding and floor changeovers in line with the company standards
- Communicate product and customer feedback to managers and head office
- Deliver team meetings and training sessions that inform, motivate and inspire the teams
- Give direction and guidance to the team in the absence of a manager and or when requested to do so

**Experience, skills & knowledge**
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a service industry
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal and influencing skills
- Be action orientated and solution driven to achieve results
- A desire to build relationships and promote teamwork
- To be ambitious to achieve management status

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
