**Job description**

At TMS Protection, we are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our team as a Door Supervisor in West London.

As a Door Supervisor working for TMS Protection Ltd, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their guests, while maintaining a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. You will be required to monitor and manage access to premises and deal with any incidents or conflicts that may arise.

Duties Include:

- Manage crowds and queues in a safe and efficient manner
- Deal with any incidents or conflicts that may arise
- Provide a visible presence and friendly welcome to customers and guests
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Conduct security checks and monitor access to premises

All applicants will be employed on a PAYE basis so MUST be able to provide a full 5 year working history.

**Requirements**:

- SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in a similar role
- Good physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Good judgement and decision-making skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £15.00 per hour

- Weekend availability
