**OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD**:

- Understand basic ecommerce & marketplace such as FF processes.
- Strong digital marketing skills is a plus in identifying new market opportunities and preparing promotional campaigns
- Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM techniques

**WITHIN THE ROLE, DAILY TASKS WOULD INCLUDE**:

- Creation of product within Shopify ensuring all details and specifications are adhered to.
- Assistance on the upload of key website content.
- Assistance to logistics team for any order fulfilment enquiries or issues.
- Coordination of product allocation for ecommerce photoshoots and editorial campaigns.
- Inspecting landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
- Utilizing SEO techniques to monitor and generate organic website traffic.
- Understanding customer behaviour and analysing sales reports.
- Online collection merchandising.
- Daily website spot checks and error reporting.
- Daily customer service of the Farfetch platform, processing returns and orders and creating slots when needed.
- Ensuring key KPIs are met on Farfetch whilst ensuring the high level of customer service.
- Assisting with maintaining consistency of inventory levels between POS and omnichannel systems.

**EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING IS NOT NECESSARY BUT WOULD HELP**:

- Shopify CMS.
- Google analytics.
- Customer service.
- Klaviyo CRM.
- Farfetch customer service & basic operations.
- Copywriting.
- Adobe suite.
- KPI reporting.
- Market research.
- Knowledge of website development.
