**The Programme**
- You’ll start with a tailored Induction, accelerating your understanding of the Group in particularly Retirement Solutions with our clients Open division
- You will embark on a three-year training programme tailored to your chosen areas, which will include: Defined Benefit Solutions, Reinsurance and Structuring, Mortgage Solutions, Individual Retirement Solutions: Client Services, Commercial, and AssessmentManagement
- Regular touchpoints with dedicated buddies, and personalised development plans.
- We know that learning is key to developing yourself both personally and professionally in to a future leader. The Leadership Accelerator programme encompasses a learning framework that includes internal coaching and external qualifications designed to helpyou gain range of technical and leadership skills you need to succeed, such as an MBA in Business Leadership.
- After three years, you’ll be ready to find your desired permanent role in our clients Group.

**The role**

This is a diverse role where you will be faced with different opportunities on a daily basis to allow you to develop professionally whilst enhancing your understanding of our client. From the outset, you will be focussed on solutions and efficiencies. Youwill be involved multi projects which may include creating pricing models which will use statistic and probability theory. You will be analysing large data sets, whilst working closely with the data analyst team and actuarial team learning how to conduct calculationsfor both the BPA and reinsurance deals, all of this is aimed at giving you a high level understanding of the end-to-end process of BPA deals. You will also have the opportunity to work on-going Equity Release Products and their proposition development withthe Proposition team. You will shadow Actuary Teams and practice the cash flow and mapping models from data transferring to interpreting. You will be learning alongside brilliant professionals from all around the Group, with the resources and support to explorenew ways of thinking and working to support our strategy of a place people dream to be
