We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior L&D Administrator to join our fun loving and friendly Learning and Organisational Development Team. We provide training interventions to a range of internal and external customers across the NHS, independent contractors, healthcare providers and others.

Youmusthold a Diploma level qualification in Business Administration or have equivalent relevant experience in addition to excellent IT skills - Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, and Outlook.), customer service skills and experience of providing administrative support in a busy office environment.

Knowledge of ESR (electronic staff record) and experience of working in a training team would be an advantage.

We offer flexibility and hybrid working and although advertised as full time, part-time would be considered.

You will line manage the Business Support Team and be a key player within the team supporting all aspects of training provision; ensuring high quality standards and professionalism are applied to all aspects of the team’s functions.

Prioritising work commitments to meet the needs of the service and to manage work time effectively.

Acting as a central point of contact/communication for internal and external customers in relation to complex queries around training and education

Promoting a positive relationship with all stakeholders within LCHS and the wider Lincolnshire System.
