**CLIMB UK New Business Sales Representative**

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our new business sales team working to drive new business for Climb

Channel Solutions UK through growing the existing customer base and developing relationships with customers.

We work with ground-breaking technology. And whilst you won’t be expected to know your Kernels from your Kubernetes from day one, you will need a head for technology, a passion to learn and a drive to be better every day.

**About the role**

You will be working as part of a small team in our Reading office. This role requires a pro-active approach to New Business Sales. You will work with one of our Tier-1 vendors and will be required to identify new sales leads and appointments.

As a Business Development Manager, you will;
- Understand the key sales messaging and positioning in our marketplace
- Help create ongoing opportunities for the vendor
- Work closely with the Channel Manager and respective Sales leaders of the vendor and Distributor
- Proactively work with Climb Solutions Marketing Team
- Ensure internal systems are up to date with leads, contacts appointments etc
- Manage your pipeline of opportunities and our internal CRM System
- Be required (from time to time) to visit Channel Partners to support call out days

**About you**

You’ll have five GCSE grades 4/C (or equivalent) and above including Maths and English, plus a minimum of two years of sales experience.

You will be self-motivated and driven with the aim of hitting individual and team targets, as well as further growing the company and brand. You will be managing your own workload with great attention to detail, efficiency, and accuracy. You will be working collaboratively with the other members of the Climb BDM team to help support each other’s workload when required. **Salary £25,000-£27,000 plus £5,000 commission**
