Due to increased activity at our Whitehaven Office, we are looking for a confident and ambitious individual to join our team. If you love people, variety and going above and beyond, then a move into estate agency could be right up your street
**The Role**:
Joining an experienced team you will be encouraged and supported to progress your career and become an integral part of providing exceptional service to our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
You will initially experience all aspects of estate agency as part of your learning and development, thereafter key responsibilities will include;
- Generating market appraisals
- Carrying out valuations
- Winning instructions
- Maintaining customer relationships
- Offering professional advice
Reporting to our Lead Generation Manager, ideally, you will have experience within a service driven industry, already proven yourself within a sales orientated environment and have great communication and people skills.
