Established over 40 years ago, at the Complementary Health Centre in Lee, South East London, we provide a comprehensive range of Integrated Complementary Health Therapies and Studio classes, to treat and promote health and wellbeing.

We are a team of over 30 caring and experienced holistic Healthcare professionals, highly regarded in the community for our clinical excellence. Our Centre is newly refurbished, with modernised facilities, whilst maintaining its warm and friendly staff and clinical environment. We have six treatment rooms, a spacious exercise studio and a large welcoming reception area with ample seating

**Job description**

A Self Employed basis role has become available

Duties
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals
- Provide therapy sessions to improve speech articulation, fluency, voice quality, and language skills
- Use specialized techniques and tools to help patients improve their communication abilities
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed

Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Experience working in Private Speech and Language therapy
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to speech and communication disorders
- Experience working with individuals with various speech and language disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients
- Ability to work independently

Requirement
- Registered with the HCPC
- Fully licenced to practice
- Fully insured
- Ability to promote your own practice as a self-employed therapist

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £55.00-£60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 8 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Speech therapy: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- HCPC (required)

Ability to Commute:

- London (required)
