About the job
This inclusion support mentor will work as a member of the Inclusion Team, to support the Year Curriculum Leader and Key Stage Managers within the school. The overall responsibility of the postholder is to provide pastoral support to pupils and assist theteachers in implementing an individuals educational healthcare plan. They will also develop 1:1 mentoring arrangements with pupils and provided support on this basis. This role is to start after October half term.
The Learning Support Mentor will be committed to inclusion and working successfully with young people in a multi-ethnic school setting.
