This company are looking for a Global Technical Recruiter in the United Kingdom (specifically Newcastle or London) to join their HR Team, and lead recruitment efforts for two of their companies, the main company (located in Newcastle & London) and a smallersubsidiary (located in Serbia).
In this role, you will utilise your recruiting skills and network to source the best technical talent. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to make a significant impact by sourcing top technical talent as they scale up their IT operations globally.
The Technical Recruiter will report into the HR Leader at their Corporate Head Office in Canada and will provide support to the Company's various global business units by:

- Identifying, engaging and securing top talent using traditional and creative sourcing strategies and research methods for technical roles, including but not limited to specialised development roles (Full Stack, Backend, Frontend, and native mobile app), productdesigners, product management, cloud specialists, and other technology support roles.
The successful applicant must:

- Be a true search expert with a passion for sourcing technical talent in a competitive market
- Have demonstrated experience using research and innovative sourcing methods to hire for niche and hard to fill roles
- Experience building diverse talent pipelines specifically with engineering teams and technical roles
- Highly organised, self-motivated individual who can work independently and in a remote environment
- Have exceptional interpersonal skills and a thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices
- Have strong communication skills along with excellent time management skills
