**About the store**

Specsavers in Hull first opened its doors as an optical business in 2018, and from day one it has been a successful and busy business. Due to demand and opportunity, the time is now right to add Audiology to the proposition The store sits in a prominent position and is already firmly embedded within the local community, having built fantastic relationships with local schools and Hull City Football Club.

The store is due to go through a rebrand and will be purpose built with today’s patients and visitors in mind. Free parking is available for all and the dedicated Audiology Testing Room will be based on ground floor. You can be sure, as a clinician, you will have the latest technology available to ensure a fantastic visitor experience from the moment they walk through the door.

The team has dedicated and passionate colleagues who call this store home. The existing Partners are really passionate about the clinical development of the team, and as the new Audiology Director you would have the scope to advise on training requirements, introduce new specialisms and build/shape the team further as required.

The store is located in the heart of the bustling town centre in the city of Hull. This is a shopping destination for the residents of Hull and the nearby local villages such as Beverley. The stores neighbours include Next, Argos, Asda, Boots, M&S Sports Direct to name just a few.

**Requirements of the role**

Alongside being a qualified and HCPC registered Audiologist, you’ll need to share the store’s ethos. They’re looking for someone who wants to grow and develop the team, offer exceptional customer care and improve patient outcomes. You’ll be a practitioner who prides themself on their clinical judgment, isn’t afraid of a hands-on approach, and someone who is keen to get involved and build a rapport with their team. In summary, you’ll be a highly skilled Audiology professional willing and able to help drive the practice forward.
