Inclusive Consulting is delighted to be working with our longstanding client in their search for a dedicated and detail-oriented Reconciliations Specialist to join their team on a contract for one to two months.

As a Reconciliations Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to meticulously reconcile all revenue schemes and channels against the bank.

Key Responsibilities of the role are:

- Conduct daily reconciliations of various revenue sources, including sales transactions, online bookings, and other income streams, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyse financial data, identify discrepancies, and compile comprehensive reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the finance team to investigate and resolve discrepancies between revenue records and bank statements.
- Participate in cross-functional discussions to enhance reconciliation processes and implement effective controls to prevent future discrepancies.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies during the reconciliation process.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in bank reconciliations and financial data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced skills in data manipulation and formulae.
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset to spot discrepancies.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence to liaise with head office personnel when necessary.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus but not mandatory.
