**Recruitment Consultant**

**Gloucester - £22,000 - £26,000 + commission**

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join one of our amazing partners - CKB Recruitment

They specialise in the insurance & commercial industries, supporting the temps and perms markets.

CKB, are looking for someone who is ambitious and organised and can work to the fast paced environment that recruitment brings. If you are a Recruiter from any sector looking for a new challenge, this position could be for you.

Flexibility and hybrid working will very much be on offer, it’s important to them that people get a good work / life balance. A generous bonus scheme will also be in place meaning you really can earn some decent cash

**What we need**:

- A fantastic communicator. Both excellent written & verbal communication skills are vital
- Ability to organise and plan your day
- Excellent general organisation skills
- 12m + experience working in recruitment in any sector (ideal, not a deal breaker - good sales people can also be considered)
- A driven and ambitious individual

**The Role**:
Recruitment isn’t always straight forward and things can change but you main duties will be:

- Negotiating pay
- Learning the market and gathering market intelligence
- Chasing feedback
- Making sure compliance is being adhered to
- Reaching out to potential new clients
