**Role Overview**:
As a Social Media and Marketplace Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing our brand presence across social media platforms and online marketplaces. Your primary responsibilities will include creating and maintaining engaging content, managing listings, and utilizing your initiative to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain social media platforms including Facebook, X, Instagram, and TikTok with the aim of driving sales and increasing brand visibility.
- Create compelling videos and conduct live shows on TikTok to showcase products and drive sales.
- Manage product listings and descriptions on various online marketplaces to ensure accuracy and optimize sales potential.
- Utilize strong numeracy and literacy skills to analyze sales data and identify trends or areas for improvement.
- Use initiative to implement new strategies for increasing sales and improving overall performance on social media and marketplace platforms.
- Assist with order packing and fulfillment as needed, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in shipping processes.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in social media management or content creation is preffered.
- Confidence in creating videos and conducting live shows, particularly on platforms like TikTok.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic graphic design tools.
- Excellent numeracy and literacy abilities, with the capacity to analyse sales data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to use initiative and think creatively to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
