**Support Worker**
**Location: Stoke-On-Trent, and out in the community**

**Hours: 37.5 Hours - FTC Until March 2024**
**Shift Pattern: Rota basis, covering Monday to Friday, including weekends**
**Driver essential - you will not be considered for this position should you not hold a UK Driving**
**Salary and Benefits**
For your hard work and commitment, you will be paid a salary of **£23,000 (£11.70 per hour)** and a very desirable employee package
**Overview of the Role**
I am looking for a full-time Support Worker to support service users who have complex needs, including substance misuse, challenging behaviour, homelessness, and so much more. You will support them with their needs, including support plans, and re-engagingthem back into the community.
**Interview Process**
**1st Stage - Shortlisting & Pre-Screening Interview**
In the first stage I personally will review your CV. Should you be successful, I will invite you for a telephone call. In this stage, we will have the call to discuss your right to work, work history, and suitability for the role.
**2nd Stage - Formal Interview**
In this stage, you will have a formal interview with the hiring manager.
