Due to **continued growth** the position of **Agent (**Tunnel Renewals) has become available to join our **successful team** based in **Heathrow**.

As Heathrow embarks upon its 7th regulatory period “H7”, Costain was awarded two lots as Major Project Partner and Asset Renewal Partner for Terminal 2 - The Queen’s Terminal.

**Role Requirements**
- Civil engineering qualification, CSCS, SMST.
- Manage the varied tunnel renewals work scope and working with the cladding agent to coordinate works efficiently
- Be responsible for short term programming and sequencing of works aligned to the main programme
- Proactively manage your packages to programme, identifying risks, opportunities and monitoring budget and liaising with the planner and relevant QS to manage your works
- Champions Sustainability Safety, Health and Environment by putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do and helping the environment and communities to thrive
- Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way
- Must be customer focussed by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating and meeting their needs

**Right to Work & Security Checks**
