**About the Role**:
Playing a key role within THG, the Ecommerce Trading Executive supports the Ecommerce Manager responsible for the website P&L, growth strategy translating the brand identity onsite, working cross functionally across the business to deliver continued growth in sales and profit while driving an immersive customer experience. Working across a number of our award-winning own brands, this is a fantastic opportunity for a pro-active and driven individual with a passion for beauty, to join a close-knit and ambitious team with big plans for 2022

**Main Responsibilities**:
**Strategy Development**
- Working with the Head of Ecommerce to plan, build and execute the brand ecommerce strategy.
- Promoting and embodying the brand identity and ensuring trading decisions align to this identity.
- Driving sustainable growth strategy in with profit targets.
- Ensuring all key trading moments are well planned and executed, clearly phased targets by day, site, and channel that have been collaboratively produced with central functions and a clear awareness of any activity from last year has been considered.
- Driving continuous site improvements to maximise conversion and AOV and reduce bounce rate on site and reduce barriers to buying online.
- Keeps up to date with industry/market trends and networking opportunities
- Establish a consistent tone of voice across site aiming to address customer needs, therefore increasing conversion.
- Deliver best in class customer experience partnering closely with brand and editorial teams to brief and build engaging product pages that provide the customer with relevant information, advice and conversion opportunity.
- Support wider project to tech to create an immersive exposure onsite that support both education, brand identity and conversion.

**Cross Team Collaboration**
- Collaborating with Core Retail team, particularly Core Brand Manager to plan and ensure execution of JBPs and drive revenue performance.
- Collaborates with Merchandising functions to ensure budgets are reflective of stock position prior to each month and actively reviewing stock position throughout the month ensuring these considerations are taken into account before any incremental activity is pushed out.
- Work with brand team to ensure all campaigns are appropriate and effective in their execution leading to a consistent customer journey.
- Proactively planning ahead to ensure brand promotions and activations are given appropriate visibility across site and marketing channels.
- Close working relationship with ECRM, social and affiliate teams to ensure that brand campaigns and key promotions are displayed appropriately in line with site merchandising
- Ownership of GP, working cross functionally across channels to understand which channels are driving GP position and understanding impact of promotional.

**Reporting**
- Regular reporting of site's overall performance in terms of KPIs: Revenue, GP, Conversion and Average Order Value feeding in actions to improve performance to Head of Ecommerce.
- Sku and range performance reviews should be carried out regularly in line with forecasting and YOY mix with key actions to drive growth looking at both areas down vs expectation and rising stars.
- Using analytics and our in-house reporting platform to gain a strong understanding of the customer journey to optimise sales, measure performance & define strategy.
- Share insights on customer behaviour and trends across beauty functions to
