**Can you handle **distraught members of the public and show compassion whilst delivering great customer service?

We are growing our weekend team handling Stolen Vehicle Tracking (SVT) alerts. Join us and become a key player in our SVT Operations Centre where YOU can make a difference to our customers.

This role is based at our Teletrac Navman office in Kents Hill, Milton Keynes, so you will be living within a sensible commuting distance of Milton Keynes.

Shift: Saturday and Sunday 10am to 6pm

(including 25 & 26 December & 1 January if they fall on the shift rota)

**As an Emergency Call Centre Operator you will**:

- Handle incoming system alerts, alarms and customer theft notifications
- Pro-actively manage and document vehicle thefts
- Handle Emergency calls and Breakdown calls (Ecalls and Bcalls)
- Action commissioning and health check reports
- Handle incoming calls for SmartNav Personal Assistant navigation requests

**ABOUT YOU**

You will be living in the UK and could be a university undergraduate, studying at college,

**OR** not working full time and looking for a part-time weekend position.

**What will help you succeed in this role**:

- Fluent German and English, spoken & written
- Be highly motivated, reliable, and a flexible approach.
- Ability to absorb, adapt and learn a wide variety of skills, processes, and software systems.
- Accuracy & attention to detail in literacy and numeracy
- Ability to focus and prioritise in a high-volume environment.
- Calm telephone manner, communication style and excellent customer service skills

**What would be highly desirable**:

- Good all-round ability and knowledge within an office environment.
- Previous experience within an Operations Centre/ Control Room environment.
- Good geographical knowledge.
