Are you ready to join the fast-paced world of a main dealer and take your customer service skills to the next level? My client is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a service administrator/receptionist.

As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for managing the service department's schedule and ensuring that all appointments are efficiently booked and managed. You will also be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, handling customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**
- Communicating with customers and keeping them informed of the status of their vehicle's service.
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints
- Inputting customer and vehicle information into the dealership's database
- Handling customer's calls and redirecting them to the right department

**Qualifications**
- Previous Administrator experience
- Customer service experience

**Salary and Benefits**
- £25k Basic OTE £28k
- Mon - Fri 08:00 - 18:00
- 1 in 3 - 08:00 - 12:00
