We are seeking to appoint 2 Part-Time Reception posts to provide Reception service to the newly built Faculty of Social Sciences Building.
This is a front desk function where you will work as a core member of the Reception Team which is part of the Executive Support Team.
With a professional, customer-oriented approach and an excellent telephone manner you should be able to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, including academic and professional services staff and students from a wide variety of cultures and backgrounds.
You should have at least 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English with excellent customer service and communication skills with previous reception and administrative experience. Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and Google software (Docs, Forms, Calendar and Gmail) are essential to the role.
