**Your main tasks and responsibilities**:

- Providing guidance and executing an effective global sourcing strategy

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- 2-5 years of experience as a Researcher or Resourcer, with a preference for experience beyond the Europe Middle East Africa (EMEA) region.
- Experience recruiting across a wide variety of functions, ideally for Global Engineering businesses
- Track record of handling high-volume recruitment
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-performance, and client-centric environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of the recruitment industry and market trends
- Strong proficiency in favourably employing various sourcing methodologies
- Familiarity with ATSs, preferably Success Factors
- A friendly, proactive, and self-motivated team player with remarkable interpersonal skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities are essential for success in this role
