We are a plastic forming and fabrication manufacturing business based in Darwen. We predominantly produce items for the automotive industry, with a long history, a strong order book and plans for expansion.

We are looking someone proficient and experienced in sales admin’ to join our team. The role is temporary, with the potential to become permanent.

This role will include raising quotations, dealing with customer orders and assisting with general day-to-day administrative activities. You need to be adaptable and highly organised, confident, and efficient with a can-do attitude and an enthusiastic personality.

You will often be the first line of contact for customers and visitors, requiring a polite and professional manner.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Prior experience of manufacturing office admin’.
- Close attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Working knowledge of office devices and processes.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.

**Experience and qualification**

3 years or more experience and qualified to at least a Level 3 in Business Administration

**Hours of working**

Monday-Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm.

Friday 9:00am-4:00pm.

**Benefits**

Holidays - 20 days plus 8 bank holidays.

Company pension scheme.

**Salary**: To be discussed

**Job Types**: Full-time working week. Temporary contract to start - time period to be discussed, with the potential of permanent employment.
