Sales Advisor
- Our small sales team needs support We are a busy independent jeweller, specialising in bespoke jewellery commissions and repairs with an ever-growing retail area. We love looking after our customers and we need someone that can hit the ground running with previous experience in a similar luxury goods role.

We want to work with someone that reflects our company ethos of warmth and friendliness. There's a lot we will teach you, however your attitude and personality is more important than anything. If you think this might be for you then please read the following information.

Note: this is a part-time role and the applicant must be able to work on a Saturday.

Responsible for:

- Meet and greet customers
- Attending to the shop floor (entertaining customers whilst they wait, keeping an eye on security)
- Making appointments
- Taking in repairs from clients and providing verbal estimates
- Visual merchandising with seasonal themes
- Packaging procurement
- Some housekeeping/ cleaning of stock
- Support for appointments (making drinks, helping clearing away)
- Some PA functions for the owner and team
- Silver fashion jewellery procurement
- Prepping gift certificates
- Occasional delivery of items to customers and suppliers
- Potential to showcase company at wedding fairs

Wednesday to Saturday for 9.30am to 2.30pm with the opportunity to work longer hours and overtime (this can be flexible):
Rate of Pay: Competitive (based on experience)

Start date: Asap 2024

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail/customer service experience: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Work Location: In person

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
