**Field Sales Representative**

Ador Talent are working with a leading UK coffee brand who have exciting opportunities
- You will be responsible for visiting new and existing customers in the Reading area to grow the customer base and service current clients.
- Based from home and make sales/customer visits using the vehicle provided.
- You will be a professional and well organised individual who has at-least 2 years experience within a **Field Sales Representative (external client facing).**

The Field Sales Representative will be work within the B2B world, demonstrating state of the art coffee machines with key decision makers.

The Field Sales Representative will ideally have the following experience and skill set:

- Motivated individual with a desire to succeed and deliver sales targets.
- Experience working in a customer facing sales position.
- Experience carrying attending pre-booked appointments and able to generate your own sales leads and appointments.
- The ability of working alone and in small teams
- Have excellent negotiating and communication skills.
- Be very proactive and have the ability to think outside of the box.
- Be very personable, confident and build report quickly.
- Be able to communicate with different types of clients (from shop owners to corporate clients)

Ideally you will want to earn a minimum basic wage of **£40,000 with an OTE of £80,000-£90,000 + per annum.**
