We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team, offering a flexible work environment and opportunities for professional growth.

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Project Manager and ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects. Your responsibilities will include administrative support, communication facilitation, documentation management, labor coordination, client interaction support, task tracking and follow
- up, resource management, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide essential administrative support to the Project Manager, including documentation, scheduling, and record-keeping.
- Facilitate communication between the Project Manager, laborers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
- Manage project documentation, permits, contracts, and daily reports accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate labor on a daily basis, ensuring efficient deployment based on project requirements.
- Provide support in client interactions by scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and assisting with communication as needed.
- Track daily tasks, follow up with laborers, and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
- Assist in resource management, ensuring availability of materials, equipment, and labor.
- Actively seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within daily operations.

**What we are looking for**:

- Degree in Business or Project Management (Minimum 2:1)
- Experience in customer service is desirable.
- Strong academic knowledge and potential to learn new concepts and adapt.
- Ideally be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL (desirable), and Xero software (desirable).
- Willingness to travel within London as required.
