**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As Logistics Coordinator, the operations team is responsible the smooth running of the company and making sure goods are shipped to the customer correctly and on time, while supporting the other teams in the UK office to make as efficient as possible. You will manage and control the inventory, supply goods to customers and manage returns from customers for different business scenarios such as sold, lease, rentals and replacement products.

**YOUR MISSION**
- Day to day shipments from the office
- Weekly returns to the global hub
- Collections from the customers as requested.
- Booking in rentals or loans as requested by the sales/TAM teams.
- Preparing Equipment for the customer
- Assisting with Ad hoc rolls around the office

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Operations/logistics background
- Technical Orientation
- Proficiency in MS office
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work independently.
- Great communication skills, written and verbal.
- Service oriented, positive, and solutions-focused attitude.
