Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Do you have experience supporting and nurturing the development of young learners? If so, The Supply Room invites you to join our team as an SEN Learning Support Assistant in Key Stage 1 and 2 at a welcoming school in Islington.

**Responsibilities**:As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing targeted support to children with SEN, helping them achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with teachers to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitoring and recording student progress
- Collaborating with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development

**Pay Rate**:We offer a competitive pay rate ranging from £81.76 up to £95 a day, with room for negotiation based on experience and qualifications.
