Role and Responsibilities: As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will:

Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special educational needs.
Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support classroom teachers in delivering tailored learning activities.
Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Support students with personal care needs, where required.
Monitor and report on student progress to teachers and parents.
Help with the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources.Requirements:

Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or in a similar role is highly desirable.
A genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
