Project Officer
Adults and Integrated Care Services, Service Improvement Team

About the Role: As a Project Officer you will undertake a wide-ranging programme of work at the very heart of Adult Social Care, supporting the development of local services. As a key member of the service improvement team you will work with a range of both internal and external stakeholders across the health and social care system to improve operational performance and help shape the way we work.

Leading projects from the initial planning stage, through to final implementation and review, this will include the maintenance of all appropriate project deliverables and responsibilities, including project scheduling, status reporting, risk management and change management processes, including appropriate communication and engagement with all stakeholders.

About You: Driven by research, innovation and the desire to develop best practice, you must have the ability to analyse complex issues, interpret data and formulate clear and persuasive arguments to help shape the way we work with people. Having good organisational skills and the ability to build strong and productive relationships is fundamental to this role, as is the ability to implement projects which engage operational staff collaboratively in achieving change, therefore you must have both excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders.
