Job Title: Early Years Educator

**Duties**:

- Educate and care for children in the early years age group
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment
- Provide individualized attention to each child's needs
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Monitor and assess children's development and provide feedback to parents/guardians

**Skills**:

- Strong ability to educate and engage young children
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in toddler care and early childhood education
- Knowledge of special education practices for working with children with diverse needs, including autism spectrum disorder
- Ability to work well with a team of educators and support staff
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with young children

Pay: Up to £12.70 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Teaching Assistant: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- DBS (required)

Work Location: In person
