Assistant Senco/childcare Practitioner

We are looking to appoint enthusiastic, highly motivated person, who is passionate about supporting learning and building positive relationships with children with a range of needs, and who have the knowledge, skills, abilities and experience to do so.
You will work under the guidance of our Nursery Manager and SENDCo to implement and oversee agreed learning activities with individual and small groups of students, in or out of our Preschool Room. This may involve assisting in the planning, preparation and delivery of the learning activities, as well as monitoring children, assessing, recording and reporting on achievement, progress and development, under the direction of the SENDCo.
The role will be worked over the full year (rather than being term-time only) and be based on a minimum of 30 hrs per week, usually worked over 5 days (typically a minimum of 9:30 - 14:30 however, we have a degree of flexibility on the total hours worked each week). The role is permanent.
Pay Rate of £12.05 includes an amount of performance related pay.
