As a Therapeutic Carer, you will:

Provide high-quality care and support to children in a residential setting.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people.
Implement care plans and therapeutic interventions.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.
Work collaboratively with a team of carers and professionals.
Participate in training and development opportunities.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.

The ideal Therapeutic Carer will have:

Experience working with children in a residential or similar setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
A relevant qualification in childcare or social care is desirable.
