Responsibilities: Conduct group coaching sessions: Lead two groups of individuals in Scotland through weekly weight loss coaching sessions, providing guidance, support, and motivation to help them achieve their weight loss goals.

Deliver provided content: Confidently deliver the weekly content surrounding our 5 keys to success, tailored for the Scottish audience, and engage the group in a weekly group challenge.

Monitor progress: Track and analyze the progress of each group member in Scotland and understand how to engage different individuals on their weight loss journey.

Offer guidance and education: Provide ongoing support and education on nutrition, exercise, and healthy lifestyle habits, equipping group members in Scotland with the tools and knowledge necessary for sustainable weight loss (provided weekly).

Build rapport and trust: Create a positive and supportive environment within the groups, cultivating strong relationships with participants in Scotland and encouraging a sense of community.

Develop marketing plans: As a self-employed weight loss coach in Scotland, actively market and promote your coaching services to attract new clients and grow your business. Utilize creative strategies, including social media, tailored to the Scottish audience, as well as traditional methods like local posters and flyers.

Stay up to date with industry trends: Continuously educate yourself on the latest research, trends, and best practices in the weight loss and wellbeing industry, with a focus on Scotland, to enhance your coaching techniques and knowledge base (provided regularly).

Requirements: Passion for wellbeing and weight loss: Demonstrated interest and enthusiasm for helping people in Scotland achieve their weight loss goals and improve their overall wellbeing.

Strong motivational and communication skills: Ability to inspire and empower others in Scotland, providing the necessary support and encouragement throughout their weight loss journey.

Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset: Driven to build your own business and attract clients in Scotland, utilizing creative strategies tailored to the Scottish audience to market and promote your coaching services.

Excellent organizational and time management skills: Ability to effectively manage coaching sessions and administrative tasks within the allocated time frame (60 minutes per group).

Empathy and non-judgmental approach: Demonstrated understanding and empathy towards individuals' challenges in Scotland and a supportive, non-judgmental attitude.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 6 per week

**Salary**: Up to £250.00 per week
