**About The Role**

Working as a People Project Officer, you'll manage the People elements of organisational and transformational change projects throughout Cadent, ensuring delivery against outcomes and to timescale.

**Day To Day**
- Advise on any people implications such as negotiation, consultation or inform
- Identify contractual concerns as part of the project
- Liaise with key stakeholders within the People Services Team to enable deliverables within the project such as Talent Acquisition, Reward, My People Services and Payroll
- Engage HR Business Partners to ensure full transparency and support delivery and embedding of change
- Ensure that projects are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards
- Manage project issues and risks to mitigate impact to baseline

**What You'll Bring**

**Qualifications**
- Ideally CIPD Level 3/5
- Ideally a formal Project Management qualification

**Practical Experience**
- Experience within a HR environment to understand risks
- Experience of junior project management or being part of a team delivering organisational change
- Awareness of project management methodologies
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
- Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives
- Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
