A new opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly evolving business as their Head of Service. Our client a UK and European leader in their field of technology offer world class software to support their product.

Leading a team of engineers you will have service managements experience and be putting the customer at the heart of everything you do. Are you process driven and able to set strategies to lead service teams and support our customers day to day? If so we would love to hear from you.

**As the Head of Service you will be**:

- Developing a competent and motivated service team
- Implementing service strategies, pricing and policies
- Monitoring service metrics to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensuring response times and service schedules are appropriate and SLA’s are met
- Addressing customer enquiries and concerns and responding appropriately
- Driving process improvements and implementing best practices

**As the Head of Service you will have**:

- Proven experience in Service Management
- A strong background in leading support teams in a technical environment
- Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
- Commercial acumen
