Mae'r Gwasanaeth Cyngor i Mewn i Waith yn cynnwys nifer o ffrydiau gwahanol gan gynnwys y Porth (cymorth clwb gwaith), Mentora Oedolion, Mentora Ieuenctid, Gwirfoddoli, Cyswllt Cyflogwyr a Lleoliadau Gwaith, Dysgu Oedolion, Sgiliau Digidol, Sgiliau Hanfodol a Chymorth Ansawdd.

**Am Y Swydd**
Mae cyfle cyffrous wedi codi i unigolyn ymroddedig â sgiliau gofal cwsmeriaid ardderchog ymuno â'n Tîm Gwasanaeth Cynghori i Mewn i Waith.

Bydd yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus yn helpu i gynnig gwasanaeth wyneb yn wyneb proffesiynol i roi help ymarferol o ran sgiliau chwilio am swydd a cheisiadau am swyddi a chynorthwyo cleientiaid i baratoi CVs perthnasol, priodol a phroffesiynol i gynorthwyo cleientiaid i ‘fynd yn ôl i’r gwaith'.

Cynorthwyo â’r gwaith o ddarparu gwasanaeth cyflogaeth o safon uchel yng Nghaerdydd. Bydd hyn trwy nifer o sianeli, gan gynnwys wyneb yn wyneb, sgwrs gwe, e-bost a ffôn.

Byddwch yn gweithio’n dda mewn tîm, yn meddu ar sgiliau cyfathrebu rhagorol ac yn weithiwr hyblyg.

**Beth Rydym Ei Eisiau Gennych**
Bydd gennych brofiad o weithio yn y maes budd-daliadau neu chwilio am waith.

Bydd gennych brofiad o weithio wyneb yn wyneb â chwsmeriaid ac ymrwymiad i roi gwasanaeth cwsmeriaid o safon uchel. Bydd gennych sgiliau cyfathrebu a TG da a byddwch yn gallu datrys anghydfod mewn modd cadarnhaol ac adeiladol.

Byddwch yn cynorthwyo o ran cynhwysiant ariannol a digidol drwy roi cymorth ymarferol i helpu cwsmeriaid i ‘fynd ar-lein’.

Byddwch yn gweithio’n dda mewn tîm, yn meddu ar sgiliau cyfathrebu rhagorol ac yn weithiwr hyblyg.

Byddai’r gallu i siarad ieithoedd eraill, yn benodol Cymraeg, Somalieg, Arabeg neu Bwyleg, o fantais.

**Gwybodaeth Ychwanegol**
Bydd y swydd yn gofyn am weithio o nifer o leoliadau gwahanol, gan gynnwys Hyb y Llyfrgell Ganolog ac adeiladau Hybiau Cymunedol eraill ar sail rota. Bydd y swydd yn gofyn am weithio gyda’r nos ac ar y penwythnos ar sail rota.
