Accounts Payable Assistant - Temporary - Immediate Start

Our client based in Harlow are seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis. The successful individual will be posting business transactions, processing invoices, and maintain records of outstanding payables. If you have experience within an Accounts or Finance background and are available to start immediately, then we would love to hear from you

**Duties**:

- Post business transactions
- Process invoices
- Verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records
- Provide other accounts support necessary for the department
- Maintain records of outstanding payables

**Skills**:

- Must have good knowledge and experience of Accounts Payable
- Ability to learn quickly and a positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Use of SAP would be an advantage.

Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours a week

Hybrid working available with free parking

£25k-£30k salary
