**Job description**:
Here at Aardvark Swift, we’re looking for a Recruitment Team Lead to join our team that's driven by games, fuelled by talent.

**Your day-to-day will include**
- Leading daily team meetings
- Mentoring and advising your team on recruitment related activity
- Identifying potential coaching needs within your team
- Delivering weekly 1-2-1 sessions with your team members
- Holding weekly team meetings and present solutions for any issues to the Recruitment Manager
- Assisting the Recruitment Manager with collating data for weekly meetings, setting weekly KPI’s, and quarterly objectives for your team
- Conducting quarterly performance reviews with your team
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle from initial briefing to offer management
- Developing and implementing sourcing strategies and channels to build talent pools
- Advertising vacancies via social media and industry specific job boards
