Reporting to the Education Compliance Manager, you will focus autonomously on the timely organisation and accurate recording of learner feedback across multiple programmes including Apprenticeships, Clinical Education, Undergraduate Medical Education, Postgraduate Medical Education and Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Professionals programmes via focus groups and surveys, monitoring of agreed action plans, highlighting outstanding tasks and quarterly audits.

Our Health Academy comprises three education centres across our two main hospital sites, and also our award-winning LIFE Centre. We have modern teaching and educational support facilities with a strong focus on technology developments that enhance our educational offer. Our courses not only provide for our current and future workforce within the Trust, they are aimed to provide high quality education and training for the wider health economy at local, regional, national and international level.

- Organise and facilitate learner focus groups / on-line surveys
- Service of meetings, producing high quality minutes and actions.
- Co-ordinate senior educational meetings and quality reviews with EG management, booking rooms, preparing relevant documentation, issuing dates and reminders to members.
- Maintain an effective and accessible tracking system to record all ongoing priorities against programme timeframes.
- Support performance and quality reporting utilising recording mechanisms as required resolving queries independently, professionally and efficiently, deferring to management when deemed necessary.
