If so, Osborne Appointments are currently working with a large organisation within **Hatfield**, that are looking to recruit for a **Receptionist** to be the face of the business.
- **_Temporary to Permanent Position - Immediate Start_**:

- **_Monday to Friday: 40 hours - 08:30am - 17:00pm_**:

- **_£9.75, based on experience, weekly pay_**:

- **_Free on-site parking_**

**Receptionist - Key Responsibilities**:

- Support Facilities Office Manager with administration
- Route all incoming phone calls, assisting with general queries
- Meet and greets visitors and notify host of arrivals managing all hospitality needs.
- Keeping the reception area tidy
- Assist with car parking management
- Assist with meeting room management
- Assist with travel and hospitality bookings
- Assist with ordering lunches for guests.
- Sort and distribute the office mail.
- Order office supplies as and when necessary through designated suppliers
- Raise Purchase Requisitions when required
- General Admin duties

**Receptionist - Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience within customer service / reception role
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly and welcoming approach
- Ability to work under pressure
- Available to start immediately
